In September 2026 I automated the back office of Triunfo Representações, my family's timber sales representation business since 1993, with AI agents built in Claude Code. Handwritten order drafts become one-page PDF orders for client and supplier; payment schedules, supplier settlements and the weekly cash flow, once done by hand, now run on their own. It also replaced a paid order-management subscription.
